2025 Jewel Ball Placement Sign-ups
Thank you to our amazing Women's Symphony League members for supporting the events of the 70th Annual Jewel Ball! As part of your new or active membership, we need your time and talent either before or during the event(s) to ensure we host a beautiful guest experience. Please review the volunteer roles (link below) and sign up for what works best with your schedule.
SCHEDULING NOTE: We have defined time slots for these shifts in order to provide you the ability to manage your time and ensure we are meeting the needs of the event. However, if you have conflicts with the defined shift times but are able to help in a more flexible window, please contact Crystal at 512-576-3515 and we will work with you to ensure you are able to help!
If you are unable to fulfill your Jewel Ball placement requirement, please complete your $200 placement buy-out.

You will have a list of volunteers for the shift (3 hrs) and mark off member names.
Location: Palmer Event Center
Assist with construction of decor elements. Dress code: workout clothes and tennis shoes.
Breakdown and dispose of remaing floral arrangements. Please wear workout clothing and tennis shoes.
Assist with deconstruction of decore elements and moving them out of the venue. Please wear workout clothes and tennis shoes.
Assist Auction co-chairs will picking up confirmed in kind items.
