You are cordially invited to join the 2025 Jewel Committee and also attend the Jewel Committee Luncheon on Thursday, December 19th at 11 am! 

At the Luncheon, the Jewel Committee, by a simple majority vote selects the Diamond, Princesses and Royal Escorts. The announcement of the Austin Royal Court will take place at the Jewel Tea. 

Along with other responsibilities, the Jewel Committee plans the Jewel Ball Rehearsal Dinner, the Pre-Ball Photography Reception, and provides Host Couples for Visiting Jewels. 

All voting members of the Jewel Committee will pay a fee of $350.00 to cover committee expenses.  

The Jewel Committee fee helps defray the following expenses: 

• Gifts for the Royal Court

• Hospitality Gifts for the Visiting Jewel Families

• Royal Orders, Crowns, Tiaras, Pins

• Pre-Ball Photography Reception

• Invitations, Printing, Postage and Calligraphy for Jewel Committee Events, such as the Rehearsal Dinner

• Presentation Flowers for the Jewel Tea, Fashion Luncheon and Jewel Ball

Volunteer signup opportunities will be available at the Jewel Committee Luncheon. You will receive your JB Fall Fundraiser volunteer credit by volunteering on this committee. If you sign up for a big volunteer position with the Jewel Committee, we ask that you do not sign up for a big Jewel Ball Committee position as well so that your time is not spread too thinly.

 Note: If you are the Mother or Grandmother of a Nominee for the 2025 Royal Court, you may not participate on the 2025 Jewel Committee.
