Ever since receiving a violin from her parents at 5 years old, SeRi has played the violin ever since. As you may know, SeRi is a part of the San Diego Civic Youth Orchestra. This June they have been given the AMAZING opportunity to perform at Carnegie Hall in New York City.  

This opportunity will be life changing. Since it opened in 1891, Carnegie Hall has set the international standard for musical excellence as the aspirational destination for the world’s finest artists. From Tchaikovsky, Dvořák, Mahler, Billie Holiday, Judy Garland, Julie Andrews, Hilary Hahn, Yo-Yo Ma, The Beatles, as well as every violin teacher she has learned from, an honor roll of music-making artists representing the finest of every genre has filled Carnegie Hall throughout the years.
