Assist with event setup including moving event supplies from office and storage areas, set up of Pam Pam the Party Ham, prepare event signage, place floral centerpieces, move equipment into their designated locations, place linen, and set tables. Assist with clean-up post-event. This role requires volunteers to lift heavy event materials and be on their feet for extended periods of time. 

Monitor Pavilion access for Foundation staff and volunteers, PDA staff, and event vendors only (Grand Event Rentals, Punch Drunk, Caterer). Answer event and Market related questions from visitors as needed. This role requires volunteers to be on their feet for extended periods of time. 

Serve as greeters from certain areas of the event footprint, provide guest access to the Old Stove Brewing restrooms, manage lines at the bar, monitor the dessert and coffee station, help guests take selfies with Rachel and Billie pig statues. This role requires volunteers to be on their feet for extended periods of time.
