Guests are asked to make a contribution of personal significance during the fundraiser in support of the Market Foundation's mission.
Seating for this event is reserved for guests who have ADA accommodations.

Donor Advised Fund and IRA Event Policies
Grants from Donor Advised Funds (DAFs) can support fundraising events but cannot be used to cover any portion of an event ticket, since the donor or recipient would receive more than an incidental benefit. For additional details, see IRC Sec. 4967.
Gifts from an IRA may also be used to support fundraising events, but like DAFs, they may not be used to cover any portion of an event ticket. Otherwise, it will not be considered a Qualified Charitable Distribution. For additional details, see IRC Sec. 408(d)(8)(C).

Ticket Refund Policy
Celebrate the Market! is a key fundraising event for the Pike Place Market Foundation. Proceeds from your ticket purchase support housing, food security, medical care, and resource navigation for Market residents, workers, and downtown neighbors. Because costs are incurred well in advance of the event, all ticket purchases are non-refundable.
Exceptions: In the case of a medical emergency or other unforseen circumstances, refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please submit your request in writing to info@pikeplacemarketfoundation.org at least 2 days prior to the event.
Ticket Transfers: If you are unable to attend and would like to gift your ticket(s) to someone else, we're happy to assist. Simply email us at info@pikeplacemarketfoundation.org with the name and contact information of your guest.
Resale: Tickets may not be resold through any channel, including personal social media posts or the Foundation's social media pages. If you have questions, please contact us at info@pikeplacemarketfoundation.org.
