Get Out Girl Surf & Paddle Jam
An Operation Get Out Experience
The Largest All-Female Surf & Paddle Event in the U.S.
A celebration of women, water, and the connections that carry us through life's changing tides.
Join Us for an Unforgettable Weekend on the Water
SURF Jam Saturday + PADDLE Jam Sunday
There is something powerful that happens when women gather on the water.
The noise quiets. The pace slows. We reconnect with ourselves, each other, and the natural world around us.
Get Out Girl was created as a place for women of all ages and experience levels to step away from the everyday, try something new, reconnect with the joy of being outdoors, and experience the connection that happens when we gather together on the water.
Whether you are learning to wakesurf for the first time, sharing skills you already have, paddling alongside new friends, sharing an adventure with someone you love, or simply giving yourself permission to slow down, you belong here.
This is more than a weekend on Lake Austin.
It is a time of inspiration, empowerment, curiosity, friendship, and the moments that remind us we are never meant to navigate life's changing tides alone.
Through your participation, you also help expand access for women who serve our communities, providing opportunities for female frontline heroes and individuals in need to experience the same connection, restoration, and community.
Come as you are. Leave connected, restored, and inspired by the water.

The Story Behind Get Out Girl
Get Out Girl was inspired by two women who understood the power of the water: Kristin McLain and Jessica Hollis.
Kristin, a STAR Flight rescue nurse, and Jessica, a Travis County Sheriff’s Deputy, found joy, connection, and renewal through time on the water. After giving so much of themselves in service to others, the water became a place to reconnect, reset, and remember what mattered most.
Their lives were tragically lost in the line of duty, but the lesson they left behind continues to ripple outward:
We all experience changing tides. We all need moments of connection, restoration, and renewal.
Today, Get Out Girl brings women together to experience what Kristin and Jessica organically knew so well, the power of nature, water, and community to create moments that stay with us long after we leave the shoreline.
Every participant helps carry their legacy forward by expanding access to these experiences for women who serve our communities.
