As you may know, I am part of the San Diego Civic Youth Symphony Orchestra. This June we are so excited to have the opportunity to perform at Carnegie Hall in New York City, at the Viennese Masters Orchestra Invitational. We are one of just four youth orchestras from across the nation invited to perform at this world famous concert hall. However a trip like this is quite costly with over 70 musicians traveling to the NYC. Each member of our orchestra is hoping to raise $2,500 towards this trip. The money raised will help to cover our travel costs, instrument rentals, room and board, group visits to NYC's famous landmarks, and private music clinics. Any donation helps! Thank you very much!
