Help bring the summit to life! Volunteers will assist with setting up tables, signage, and materials before the event—and help with breakdown and resetting the space afterward.
Be the first friendly face attendees meet! Volunteers will staff the check-in table, distribute name tags, and provide event materials with a warm welcome.
Offer a warm greeting and a helping hand! Direct guests to the right areas, answer questions, and provide support to ensure accessibility for all attendees.
Create a welcoming environment! Volunteers will assist with refreshments, monitor hospitality areas, and make sure guests feel comfortable and cared for.
Keep the program on track! Support speakers, manage session transitions, distribute materials, and help with technical or logistical needs during the event.

Keep the summit flowing! Station Champions oversee individual activity stations, engage attendees, and ensure every interaction is smooth and fun.
