YHPAA Gala 2026: El Ritmo Que Nos Une
Get ready for an unforgettable night as Austin’s Hispanic professionals, community leaders, longtime supporters, and allies come together to celebrate a major milestone: 20 years of YHPAA!
The Young Hispanic Professional Association of Austin proudly presents its 20th Anniversary Gala: El Ritmo Que Nos Une.
For two decades, YHPAA has created opportunities for young Latino professionals to connect, grow, give back, and build community across Austin. This year, we celebrate the people, culture, and shared experiences that have kept us moving forward since 2006.
El Ritmo Que Nos Une, “The Rhythm That Unites Us,” celebrates the many rhythms that make us who we are. The rhythm of our culture. The rhythm of our community. The rhythm of leaders opening doors for those coming next.
Throughout the evening, we’ll celebrate Latino leadership and recognize outstanding members of our community through YHPAA’s Rising Star, Entrepreneur of the Year, and Legacy Awards.
And of course, there will be plenty of ritmo. Expect an evening filled with entertainment, music, dancing, meaningful moments, and a celebration worthy of 20 years of YHPAA.
Most importantly, the Gala allows us to continue investing in the next generation. Proceeds directly support YHPAA scholarships, mentorship, and programming for young Latino professionals and students. Our scholarship recipients have maintained a 100% college graduation rate, and every sponsorship and contribution helps us continue that impact.

20th Anniversary Keynote | Linda Medina-Lopez, YHPAA Founder
Twenty years ago, Linda Medina-Lopez had a vision to create a space where Austin’s young Hispanic professionals could connect, grow, and give back.
As we celebrate YHPAA’s 20th anniversary, we’re honored to welcome our Founder back to the stage for a special keynote reflecting on where it all began, the community built along the way, and the legacy we continue creating for the next generation.
20 years later, the rhythm continues.
More performances and special guests to be announced.
For 20 years, YHPAA has moved to the rhythm of Austin’s Latino community. Now, we come together to celebrate where we’ve been, how far we’ve come, and everything still ahead.
All event registrations, ticket purchases, membership fees, and donations made to the Young Hispanic Professional Association of Austin (YHPAA) are final and non-refundable.
