2025-26 membership year renewal for Women's Symphony League (WSL) of Austin

Thank you for renewing your Associate Membership with the Women's Symphony League (WSL) of Austin for the 2025-26 year! Your participation as a member is essential to serving as our community's largest supporter of the Austin Symphony Orchestra (ASO). 

 

Renewal Deadline is March 1, 2025

WSL membership coincides with our fiscal year, July 1 - June 30. Our annual renewal and payment period occurs each February so that our budgets for the upcoming year can be created and approved before the Summer break. 

 

Late fees:

  • A $25 late fee will be added to each level of membership renewals beginning March 16th
  • The late fee will increase to $25 on March 16th, to $50 on April 1st and to $75 on May 1st (Silver membership has a one-time increase)

 

Change in Membership Status 

You are receiving a renewal notice for the Associate Membership level.  If for any reason you would like to change your member status, please email membership@wslaustin.org. Please review the guidelines below regarding change requests.

 

Requested Change Requirements & Conditions
Active to Associate  
Active member in good standing for eight or more years (since 2017).
Active/Associate to Silver  
Active or Associate member in good standing, having joined in 2000 or before.
Active, Associate, or Silver to Gold  
Active, Associate, or Silver member in good standing, having joined in 1975 or before.
Associate, Silver or Gold to Active 
None, however Active is required in order to be a Sponsor of a Prospective New Member.
Out-of-town Member to Active 
None, Out of town members are automatically classified as Associates unless they request otherwise.
1 year Leave of Absence (7/1/25 - 6/30/26)
Requires approval and payment of the non-fundraising portion of membership dues. (Exempts member from placements, but does not count toward service years.)
Resign from WSL 
None, we sure hope you don't though!

$245 Reinstatement for members in good standing with 8+ years of WSL tenure (2016 or earlier). The WSL membership year coincides with our fiscal year, July 1 - June 30. 

Membership includes:

  • Annual dues - $85
  • Fundraiser support - $50 ($25 for Jewel Ball; $25 for Spring fundraiser)
  • Hostess fee - $10
  • $100 Reinstatement Fee

Associate Member Renewal +2 JBTkts Reset

$660  Renewal for members in good standing with 8+ years of WSL tenure (2016 or earlier). PLUS TWO 69TH JEWEL BALL TICKETS. 

The WSL membership year coincides with our fiscal year, July 1 - June 30. WSL members pay dues annually in February so that our budgets for the upcoming year can be created and approved before the Summer break.

Membership includes:

  • Annual dues - $85
  • Fundraiser support - $50  ($25 for Jewel Ball; $25 for Spring fundraiser)
  • Hostess fee - $10
  • 2 Discounted Jewel Ball tickets - (1st at $195;  2nd at $220)   (Discounted price is only available at time of membership renewal.)
  • $100 Reinstatement Fee
