The third annual Cars & Carnivores Street Festival returns to Downtown Wake Forest, building on the incredible success of previous years. More than 60 cancer patients in the community have already had their past-due medical debt paid off, and this year’s goal is to make an even more significant impact.

The "Wake Forest Medical Debt Relief" initiative, in partnership with WakeMed Health & Hospitals, is dedicated to alleviating the financial burdens of cancer patients, allowing them to focus on their health and recovery. The fundraising goal for this year is $50,000, ensuring even more patients receive much-needed financial relief.
