Calling all car owners! Get ready for the third annual Cars & Carnivores Street Festival car show and have your prized vehicle judged by a panel of experts and the public. Your vehicle could earn the prestigious titles of People's Choice or Best of Show, making it the talk of the town.
Join us in downtown Wake Forest on Brooks & Owens Streets and proudly display your car to the community. Whether you have a classic beauty or a modern sports car, every vehicle has a spot at our show. With a wide array of makes and models, you'll find yourself among fellow enthusiasts who share your passion for automobiles.
Be sure to bring a lawn chair and a cooler stocked with non-alcoholic beverages, as delectable food options will be available near the car show site. Given the popularity of this event, pre-registration is a must, and spaces are limited. Terms and Conditions of the Cars & Carnivores Street Festival
- The show begins at 9:00 AM and ends at 2:00 PM.
- Vehicles may begin arriving by 8:00 AM.
- Spaces will be occupied on a first-available basis.
- Vehicles must remain in their designated parking spaces until the show's conclusion.
- All vehicles must operate well and have current registration and insurance.
- Participants are responsible for their personal property and belongings.
- Outside alcohol is prohibited at the event.
- Dogs are welcome at the event, but for the safety of other dogs, vendors, and patrons, always keep your dog on a leash.
- Please refrain from bringing scared or aggressive dogs to the event.
- The Car Show is a Pre-registration event ONLY paid in advance online at www.WakeForestRotary.org.
- No refunds will be available in the event of inclement weather or non-participation.
- In the event of inclement weather, participants must follow the instructions of event organizers regarding the safety of vehicles and participants.
- No day-of-the-Car Show registrations will be accepted, and vehicles that show up on the day of the event will be turned away.
- Vehicles will be parked in spaces and parking lots along Brooks Street, which will be closed to traffic from Owen to Elm Streets.
- Awards will include People’s Choice and Best of Show.
- The event organizers reserve the right to refuse any vehicle for participation in the show.
- Participants agree to allow event organizers to use any photos or videos taken during the event for promotional purposes.
- Participants agree to follow all local laws and regulations, including parking restrictions.
- Participants assume all risks of participating in the show and release the event organizers from liability.

We are excited to return for our third year in 2025! The Rotary Club of Wake Forest, in collaboration with WakeMed Health & Hospitals, is proud to continue our initiative to eliminate medical debt for cancer patients in our Wake Forest community. Our program, "Wake Forest Medical Debt Relief," aims to provide critical financial relief to patients and their families during their most challenging times.
Over the past three years, we have successfully paid off past-due medical debt for 60+ patients, profoundly impacting their lives. This year, we strive to build upon that success and extend our reach to even more needy families.
The Rotary Club of Wake Forest is thrilled to present the 2025 Cars & Carnivores Street Festival in Downtown Wake Forest's heart to support this vital initiative further. This exciting event will feature a stunning display of classic cars, various food trucks offering diverse and delicious options, and the highly anticipated steak cookoff competition.
Proceeds from this festival will go directly toward paying off past-due medical debts for cancer patients receiving care at WakeMed Health & Hospitals.
