Each year, YWCA Golden Gate Silicon Valley hosts Walk a Mile in Their Shoes, a family-friendly community event to raise awareness about the serious issues of sexual assault and domestic violence.

This is my 4th year hosting a community team. Why? Because I want to support survivors of sexual assault and violence. The funds raised provide critical and life-saving support services to survivors of violence. Together we can create a safer, more empowered future for all. 

It’s also wonderful to come together in community to walk in support of the YWCA and their mission.
