Convenient, secure bag storage is available for all fencers competing at the 2026 USA Fencing Summer Nationals. Located in Meeting Room TBD, our designated storage area is the perfect solution for keeping your gear accessible throughout the tournament and skipping the hassle of lugging your stuff back and forth from the hotel.

Rules of Baggage Storage 

• Hours of Operation will be from 7:00 AM - 8 PM daily on competition days (June 28th - July 7th) and from 4 - 7 PM on equipment check day (June 26th).  The room will be locked outside of those hours.
• Upon arrival to the venue, you may proceed to the check-in table outside the meeting room or come to the Registration desk to receive your bag tag to put on your bag.
• Tickets will be available on a first come/first serve basis. Once we have ran out of capacity for the room, we will disable further purchases from being made.
• If space is still available, purchases can be made at the registration desk from one of our staff. Payment will be accepted by credit card only - we will not be accepting cash or check.
• We will only be accepting one fencing bag per athlete, so please make sure everything fits inside a single bag. We will also be accepting luggage for last day travel storage. Passes are not transfeable between multiple different bags.

Assumption of Risk: The individual understands and accepts that the storage area is a convenience service provided by USA Fencing and while all attempts will be made to assure items are safe and secure, USA Fencing, its officers, employees, volunteers, and agents shall not be held responsible or liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items left in the bag storage room. This includes, but is not limited to, fencing equipment, personal belongings, electronics, or valuables of any kind.

2. Personal Responsibility: The individual agrees to take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and security of their belongings prior to storage. This includes securely closing and fastening bags, removing valuables when necessary, and labeling bags clearly.

3. Tag Requirement: One official storage tag must be attached to each bag. Bags without a valid tag will not be accepted for storage.
