Support Me For Race Day
I am running with the Cancer Support Community Team, and I carry with me the spirit of every woman with gynecologic cancer who has ever given me the profound gift and privilege of being her oncologist. I am forever grateful for the lessons they continue to teach me about true courage and resilience.
My marathon is dedicated to my dear friend Armando De Zayas whose spear against glioblastoma multiforme is science, but whose armor is an unshakable faith in The Almighty. My brother Armando is an indelible part of my own faith journey and a steadfast reminder of medicine’s providence from The Divine- not only for healing the body, but also the soul.
Please give generously if your life has ever in any way been touched by cancer. Or give just because it will make you feel so damn good way down deep inside!
I’ve set a goal of raising $20,000, but truly, the sky’s the limit. Every dollar raised helps provide hope, strength, and vital resources for those facing a cancer diagnosis—and for the families who walk alongside them.
This cause is deeply important to me, and together, we have the chance to not just meet this goal, but to surpass it and make an even greater impact.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you for joining me on this journey and for supporting the incredible work of Cancer Support Community. Your generosity brings comfort, care, and community to those who need it most.
Carolyn, I could not do this without your unwavering support. I love you.
Un abrazo fuerte,
Troy
