Oct 16th | Smith Chapel | Riverbend Center - 6:30PM-9PM

Hosted at the beautiful Smith Chapel, this special performance features world-touring artist Casey McPherson (frontman of AlphaRev and Flying Colors) debuting brand-new, acoustic AlphaRev material. Written across 5 years on the frontlines of biotechnology, divorce, new love, and being a dad of a rare disease child - these deeply personal songs chronicle a father’s relentless quest and hope to invent life-saving treatments for his daughter, Rose, and millions of children left behind by traditional medicine.

From Heartbreak to Medical Breakthroughs

When Rose was diagnosed with an ultra-rare genetic disease, the traditional healthcare system offered zero options—claiming treatments weren't commercially viable, even though the technology existed. Refusing to accept that answer, Casey founded To Cure A Rose Foundation (TCAR) to rewire how rare disease treatments are built.

Together with our donors, TCAR has been building a revolutionary ecosystem:

  • RareLabs: The first patient-directed lab, creating 10 novel treatments for previously untreatable conditions—including Rosiphersen, a breakthrough genetic therapy designed for Rose and every child with her condition.

  • AlphaRose Therapeutics & RINAE.AI: Spun out to scale medicines and deploy an AI design platform that condenses genetic medicine creation from years down to minutes.

  • Monarch System: Building next-generation AI clinical trial monitoring using wearable "digital twin" technology to make rare disease trials faster, safer, and remarkably accurate.

Your Support Drives the Cure

RoseFest isn't just a concert; it’s the engine funding history in the making. We are actively raising money to support our current pilot study and bring Rosiphersen into human clinical trials next year.

By joining us at Smith Chapel or donating today, you directly fund the leap from lab discovery to human trials, opening a brand-new pathway of hope for children facing ultra-rare genetic conditions.

  • Attend: Experience an unforgettable, story-driven acoustic performance by Casey McPherson.

  • Donate: Directly fund making impactful treatments, and the clinical trials for Rosiphersen and future rare disease medicines.

Together, we can rewrite the future of medicine through the power of music!

$10,000 Champion for a Cure

This giving level gives us the ability to send one child like Rose to Children's Colorado for a full work up, blood draw, and survey for the upcoming clinical trials.

$5,000 Warrior for a Cure

This level goes towards the wearables we are using to track the children and measure how they move throughout their environment. This gives us the ability to see changes when Rosiphersen is administered in the clinical trial.

$1,000 Advocate for a Cure

This goes to the video program that monitors the children in their environment. It determines cognitive, movement, and human interaction metrics, which establishes a baseline before the clinical trials. Changing this baseline and showing it on video is extremely powerful to regulators and helps get Rosiphersen approved and accessible by all children with this disease.
