Collect items for the Virtual Auction Site to post and make available for our community to bid on.  Items such as coolers, backpacks, sporting tickets, Hotel Stays, Gift Cards, Food Storage, Sporting Equipment, Mini Bikes, anything that will drive bidding excitement on our website. 

Day of the event staff a table for 1-2 hours and help with VIP checkin, player registration and player guidance. 

Setup sponsor signage the day of the event across all our sponsors as well as the Par 3 and Long Drive competition signs. 

Load up ice in the coolers and stage our drinks and snacks on the dedicated holes, during the event make sure we have plenty of drinks for our guests in these coolers.  Setup water and snacks in the player carts as well to make sure our guests are well cared for during the day of the event. 

Handout 160 breakfast sandwiches that are provided by our sponsor and Lunch sandwiches to our guest on the course. 

We need to recruit and get sponsors onto the tournament.  If interested in promoting the tournament to corporations sign up and Butch and Karl will walk you through our Sponsor packages

This is a big job to run the auction site and organize all the in kind donations and gifts prior to the tournament kickoff for players to review live there ability to bid on the auction items. 

We buy insurance to provide fun prizes such as a hole in one on 4 of the Par 3 holes.  Our insurance requires us to staff the holes the entire tournament to witness if the ball goes into the hole.  We could use sales people on the holes interacting with the players and a monitor at the green tending the pins and measuring closes to the pin for the chance to win big.
