I am pleased to announce that the Texas Nurses Association, District 9 will be hosting a Vendor Educational Event on Wednesday, March 8, 2023. District 9 awards numerous academic and other educational scholarships every year to nurses within our membership and in the community. We also recognize 20 outstanding nurses each year. District 9 provides professional development for nurses for nurses and supports legislation to promote access to care for all community members. Your participation in this upcoming event ensures that we can continue to provide these opportunities for education and recognition. This event will be held at III by Wolfgang Puck (previously Third Coast), 6550 Bertner Ave, Houston, TX 77030. The restaurant will be closed to the public during our event.
This Vendor Educational Event centers on providing registered nurses and other health care professionals a venue which showcases new and updated treatments, avenues to prevent or minimize side effects, new and enhanced equipment and uses, efforts to minimize cost of treatment to patients, and new and exciting updates in health care specialties. Nurses from multiple specialty areas, including cardiology, GI, GU, neurology, gynecology, oncology, etc. will be invited. You will be participating with other vendors displaying their products and services. This is a great opportunity to educate our membership and other healthcare providers.
We are providing break-out rooms for our vendors to provide education to our attendees in a separate area from the main event. There is an additional cost for the limited spaces for 20-25 minutes of separate education.
Invitations will be sent to hundreds of local TNA9 members and members of other professional associations and announced on our three social media sites. Invitations will also be distributed throughout the Texas Medical Center to local clinics, hospitals, and healthcare schools. Attendees will register at our entry desk and be given a Vendor Passport, which will promote attendance at multiple displays. Completed passports will be eligible for the “Grand Prize” provided by TNA9. We will also provide “Raffle Prizes” to further encourage attendance. Complimentary hors d’oeuvres and drinks, also provided by TNA9, will be available to participants throughout the evening.
There are four levels of display tables in the main space and separate availability for breakout space:
- Platinum level vendors ($1500 fee) will have their names and logos listed on all advertising for our Vendor Night and in the Vendor Passport.
- Gold level vendors ($1250 fee) will have their logo listed on the Vendor Passport.
- Silver ($1000) and Bronze ($750) level tables are also available and named in the Vendor Passport.
- Private Room for Education ($1000 if table also reserved; $1750 if no table reserved) Space is limited. Company names and topics of discussion will be listed on all advertising.
Vendor displays may be set-up beginning at 4:30PM. The program will be open from 5:00PM to 8:00 PM to allow maximum healthcare professional attendance.
