Nurses and other healthcare professionals are vital in identifying and recognizing intimate partner or domestic violence signs. Nurses are often challenged to identify crucial indicators and red flags in clinical settings indicative of intimate partner or domestic violence in patients, nursing peers, and other disciplines.

 

This HYBRID nursing conference is provided by Texas Nurses Association, District 9, and presented/sponsored by Harris County Domestic Violence Coordinating Council, Forensic Center of Excellence, and Nurseify, Inc. You may join either via ZOOM or IN-PERSON at the address provided below.

Parking:

There is a charge for Parking (on your own). We recommend parking in Sterling Garage or Garage 4 -  both connect to the 2nd floor of the Sarofim Pavilion and it is a short walk to the Hermann Pavilion.  There is a $14 fee for parking (up to 9 hours). Valet parking is available for $17.
