Meet Oaklyn. Her journey began at two months old, when she started experiencing constant low-grade fevers. At four months, seizures led to a diagnosis of Sturge-Weber syndrome. She would later be diagnosed with Mastocytosis, Non-Langerhans Histiocytosis, and Juvenile Xanthogranulomas.
In May 2026, Oaklyn required brain evacuation surgery due to complications from Sturge-Weber.
On July 9, her family received another devastating diagnosis: Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia.
From now until the Birdies For Cures event at Prairie Landing, we have the power to stand beside her and raise funds that will allow her a chance to strive toward a better tomorrow.
