Thank you for supporting Moms for Moms, a fundraiser benefiting Take Heart Family Ministry!  When you make a donation to Take Heart this holiday, we will give you a set of beautiful All-Occasion cards as an expression of our gratitude for your donation to our ministry.  This gift is for in-person donations only.  Reference our website (takeheartfamilies.org) for more information about our ministry and other ways you can get involved! 

To cover our costs for producing these beautiful cards, we ask that a $30 donation per 4-card bundle be made for this fundraiser. As you check out, when choosing the 4-card bundle level, please adjust the quantity according to the number of bundles you would like to purchase. If you are moved to give more than the cost per card, you may fill in the "Add Donation" amount that you would like to include.
