Back to school season is around the corner. For most families, this is an exciting time of the year as it marks a new beginning full of opportunities for their kids. But for single parent families, this season can be a challenging time due to the financial burden for school supplies. As a single parent, you may feel overwhelmed and stressed over how to pay for school supplies, especially if you have more than one child. But don't worry! There are many ways to get support for school supplies for your kids, and we are here to help.
Event Details:
Location: 10:00am - 2:00pm - Emerson on Harvest Hill, 5550 Harvest Hill Rd, Dallas, TX 75230 - Huge thanks for their support! They are providing a location & support for us to gather!
Volunteering Times: You are all Life Changers!! We appreciate your help! Please let us know if you have a form to complete for volunteer hours. We are happy to help!
- Friday August 1st - 4:30pm -8pm - Set Up and Stage
- Saturday August 2nd -9am-4pm - Help Families, and Enjoy Community Gathering. We need help at Check In, Supply Stations, and Game Areas!
Donations: You can sponsor a student for $35 each. We have done our best to shop smart so that each one gets most of what they will need. Your help in sponsoring makes such a difference. Any amount helps. Thank you so much!
