The Shamanic Arts Center in Hotchkiss, Colorado is a cultural preservation & exchange center for groups, schools, & communities.  We sponsor a wide range of shamans, visionary artists, & wisdom teachers who facilitate earth-based cultural experiences that foster health and a loving connection to our beloved Grandmother Earth and all the beings who live here.

The Shamanic Arts Center was started by Julia & Mike Widdop, After they moved the center to a historical house in Hotchkiss, Colorado they were joined by Dr. Robert Sullivan (Chi) of Paonia, Colorado. Following the first Traveling Shamans Camp in 2019 they were joined by Michael and Kata from Heart of the Dragon in Paonia. This core team used the 2020 year of the pandemic to focus and refine the vision for their major project - Traveling Shamans Camp.

The Shamanic Arts Center website features a directory of amazing practitioners, experience creators, a listing of upcoming events and exchanges.
