You are invited to sow seeds of hope for those in need throughout the St. Louis region.

Join St. Francis Community Services for its seventh-annual Seeds of Hope Gala on Saturday, Oct. 15, 2022. Flaunt your floral at this semi-formal attire event that includes cocktails, dinner, an impressive live auction, and music. The highlight of the evening will be an impactful and inspiring testimony of the life-changing work of our organization. This event will be held at the unique Mad Art Gallery in the historic Soulard neighborhood of St. Louis.

We are encouraging guests to flaunt their floral! This is a semi-formal event -- so think Sunday-Best or Wedding Attire ... with FLOWERS!

Is my contribution tax-deductible?

YES! All contributions, over the value of goods and services received, are eligible for tax deductions..

Will I receive my tickets in the mail?

No, we do not issue tickets. Your name and the names of your guests are listed on our registration form. You simply check-in upon arrival and give them your name/s.

How many seats are at each table?

Ten (10)

Where should I park?

There is complimentary parking across the street from the venue

What time does the event begin?

Check-in and cocktail reception begin at 6:00 p.m.

May I purchase a ticket at the door?

No, only prepaid reservation holders will be admitted to the Gala. No event ticket purchases will be accommodated at the door

Giving Levels

$5,000 $5,000 Fund the Cause

A $5,000 gift could provide legal representation for several children who have been victims of human trafficking; or pay tuition, books and transportation for a client in Pathways to Progress (long-term case management program) who is improving their education and skills.

$2,500 $2,500 Fund the Cause

A $2,500 gift could pay a security deposit and first month's rent for two or more homeless veterans who are receiving legal aid from St. Francis. Or match the savings of 25 "Pathways to Progress" clients who need to repair their home or furnish their apartment.

$1,000 $1,000 Fund the Cause

A $1,000 gift to St. Francis Community Services could pay the fees for an immigrant client to apply for American citizenship; transport 50 children to summer camp and after-school activities; or buy a computer that "Pathways to Progress" clients can use to submit online job applications and update their resumes.

$500 $500 Fund the Cause

A $500 gift could help four elderly Vietnamese people pay for their prescription medicines, or provide work clothing or uniforms for five clients starting a new job.

$250 $250 Fund the Cause

With $250, St. Francis can provide 10 monthly bus passes to clients seeking to work; or prevent the disconnection of electrical services to a client's home.

$100 $100 Fund the Cause

A $100 gift could help a battered woman with court costs when she files an order of protection, or pay for 20 children in summer camp to go see a movie matinee on a hot summer's day.
