I'm not sure where to begin. My father passed away a few weeks ago unexpectedly, he fell in his yard. He lived in a very remote area very difficult to get to. His lifeless body was not discovered for 2 to 3 days, however during that entire time his dog lay protecting his body. I only find out about a pet dog via the conors call for someone to get the dog for them to examine the body. As I mentioned, I did not know my dad had a dog; I don't know her name or what condition she may be in therefore, I took her to the vet. I now affectionately call her Roxy Sue and I'm so grateful that she stayed with my dad protecting him, even though there were severe storms over those few days. All of this is so unexpected for me considering my dad passed with no life insurance. I'm simply seeking financial help to ensure Roxy Sue is able to be taken care of medically. She has heart worms that she needs treatment for immediately in addition to her other medical needs. I feel so indebted to her because she allowed my father' to be safe and nothing to harm his body.
