Meet us at Windwalker Farms Sporting Clays on Friday, February 28, 2025 for our Permian Basin API Scholarship Clay Shoot!
The Permian Basin Chapter of the API is chartered to provide scholarships to deserving students from the Permian Basin. This year, the organization is committed to awarding up to forty scholarships, which will be funded at up to $4,000 per year. The 4th Annual 2025 Permian Basin API Scholarship Clay Shoot will be held Friday, February 28th, at Windwalker Shooting Sports. Prizes will be awarded to at least 1 of every 8 shooters.
This annual sporting clay event raises college scholarship funds for students of oilfield families in the Permian Basin and surrounding area. We currently have 40+ students on college scholarships.
Registration will begin at 9, and shoot will kick off at 10am. Y'all come play!
The Clay Shoot is open to anyone over the age of 21. There are several sponsorship levels available. If you have ideas for alternative sponsorship opportunities, please let us know. Anyone who sponsors this tournament will qualify for first mailing of the entry forms for the Permian Basin API Golf Tournament, which will be held at Hogan Park on May 9th & 10th, 2025.

Title Sponsorship - $15,000 - Your organization will be honored as the Title Sponsor on all social media as well as signage at the shoot. Your company name will be on the major sponsorship signage presented at the shoot, as well as all social media for the shoot. Included in your sponsorship are 5 teams of 4 shooters as well as 8 carts and 4 12' Feather Flags
Signage Sponsor – $10,000 - Your organization will provide all signage for the tournament. Your name will be on the sponsor signage presented at the shoot as well as all social media for the shoot. Hat Sponsor - $10,000 - Your organization's logo will be embroidered on each tourney hat given to each shooter. Your company name will be on the sponsor signage presented at the shoot as well as all social media for the shoot. Included in your sponsorship are 4 teams of 4 shooters as well as 6 carts and 2 12' Feather Flags
Platinum Sponsor – $5,000 - Your organization will be honored as a Platinum sponsor for the tournament. Your name will be on the sponsor signage presented at the shoot as well as all social media for the shoot. Included in your sponsorship are 3 teams of 4 shooters as well as 6 carts.
Gold Sponsor - $4,000 - Your organization will be honored as a Gold sponsor for the tournament. Your name will be on the sponsor signage presented at the shoot as well as all social media for the shoot. Included in your sponsorship are 2 teams of 4 shooters as well as 4 carts.
Golf Cart Sponsorship - $2,500 - Your organization’s logo will be attached to the front of all golf carts used in the tournament. You will receive one team with this sponsorship.Your name will be on the sponsor signage presented at the shoot as well as all social media for the shoot. Included in your sponsorship is a 1 team of 4 shooters as well as 2 carts.
Silver Sponsorship - $2000 - Your organization will be honored as a Silver Sponsor for the tournament. Your name will be on the sponsor signage presented at the shoot as well as all social media for the shoot. Included in your sponsorship is 1 team of 4 shooters (no carts are included in this sponsorship).
Station Sponsorship - $1000 - Your organization's logo will be posted at your station. You may also purchase a team for an additional $800. Your name will be on your station, and the sponsor signage presented at the shoot as well as all social media for the shoot. You can man your station and bring snacks, non-alcoholic drinks and company swag.
