Thank you for your application and your interest in volunteering with Our Daily Bread Food Pantry (ODBFP)! We’re excited that you’d like to join our volunteer family and help make a difference in our community!
Here’s what comes next:
- Step 1: Attend a New Volunteer Orientation. Please sign up for one of our upcoming orientations. Gabby Stigall or Sonya Seward, Volunteer Co-Managers, will give you a tour of our facility, introduce you to the many volunteer opportunities available, answer your questions, and help identify the roles that best match your interests.
- Step 2: Get Ready to Volunteer! Once you’ve completed orientation, we’ll enroll you in our volunteer sign-up system so you can explore opportunities and sign up for shifts that work for you.
A couple of things to do before orientation:
- Get to Know Us! Visit ourdailybreadfoodpantry.com to learn more about our organization and review the Orientation Handout (Click HERE to access). We’ll go over the information together during orientation and answer any questions you may have.
- Please view the Civil Rights Training power point prior to attending the orientation. This training is a requirement for us to continue receiving food donations through the Harry Chapin Food Bank. Please sign the attached certificate and bring with you for the orientation. (Click HERE to access)
