- Decorate trunk from 5-5:30, prior to event starting - car with decorated trunk needs to remain for the entire event
- 2-4 volunteers total. Shifts are 5-6pm, 6-7pm, or better yet, sign up for both & enjoy this fun filled afternoon
Saturday, October 17 - Tamiami Ford Family Fun Harvest Festival 10:00-1:00PM

- Hotdogs & soda provided by Tamiami Ford
- Set up tent 9-10
- 1 volunteer arriving at 8:45am. Set up tent 9-10am. Shift entire event 8:45-1pm. Return all set up items to ODBFP office
- 1 volunteer arriving at 8:45am. Set up tent & staff the table. Shift 8:45-11am (MUST park off site!)
- 2 volunteers for the 11-1pm shift & help breakdown tent, pack up
Wednesday, October 28 - St. Mark's Spooky Potluck & Fun Fest | 6:00-8:00PM
- 1101 N Collier Blvd
- Outdoors/Indoors
- 1 heavy lifter to help set up tent at 4:30pm
- 1 heavy lifter to help breakdown tent at end of event estimated to be 8pm
- 2 volunteers per shift. Shifts are 5:30-7pm, 7-8:15pm. The fabulous display of children in costumes makes this event super easy to enjoy for start to finish! Goes by super fast as you are constantly entertained!
Thursday, October 29 - Cub Scout Pack 325 Trunk or Treat @Lely Presbyterian Church 6:30-8:30PM
- 110 Saint Andrews Blvd
- Outdoors
- Decorate trunk from 5:30-6pm, prior to event starting - car with decorated trunk needs to remain for the entire event
- 2 volunteers (one with the car). Shift 5:30-7pm.
- 1 volunteer + the one with the decorated car. Shift 7-8:30pm
Saturday, October 31 - ACRC (Autism Charter School) Trunk or Treat | 1:00-3:00PM
