Get ready to scoop, serve, and make a BIG impact at the
NC4K is heading to the 2026 Ohio State Fair, and we’re looking for an all-star crew of volunteers to join the fun! We’re teaming up with Schmidt’s to serve up Ohio favorites—ice cream, milkshakes, milk, and sandwiches—to fairgoers from across the state.
Here’s the sweet part: for every hour you volunteer, NC4K receives a donation. That means you’re not just serving treats—you’re helping support kids and teens battling cancer right here in Ohio.

Commit to your shift by July 10th
(Any remaining spots will open up after that date!)
Corporate groups—this is a perfect team outing! If you’d like to reserve a block of shifts, reach out ASAP so we can lock those in for you.
Shift Details:
Each shift is 6 hours long and includes a team of 5 volunteers at a time, so you’ll have a great crew alongside you!
- AM Shift: 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM
- PM Shift: 2:30 PM – 9:00 PM
