Event Timeline:

11:00 AM: Volunteer arrival & setup

Day-of Event Instructions for Volunteers
Background Checks:
Volunteers working backstage must complete a background check through Sterling Verified Volunteers. (If you’ve completed one in the past year, you’re all set.) A link will be emailed once you sign up.
Dress Code:
The 2026 theme is Where Generosity Never Goes Out of Style. All volunteers are encouraged to wear black attire or to dress within the fashion theme (no jeans please).
Add your own flair with a splash of color—gold is encouraged. Be stylish, be YOU!
Age Requirement:
Volunteers must be 18+ (or 12+ with an accompanying adult).
