Music Helps is a nonprofit that was founded by Andrea Magee, a Belfast-born artist based in Austin, TX. The mission of Music Helps is to utilize the healing and enriching benefits of music. Through your support of Music Helps, you are supporting the vibrant Austin, Texas music scene and underrepresented musical artists, as well as the power of music to help our communities come together, feel and heal.

Additionally, your donation will help further the partnership between Music Helps and the Helping Hand Home for Children in Austin by supporting programs that help the most severely traumatized and neglected children through the healing that music provides. Music Helps offers a monthly concert with local Austin musicians for the children and staff of the Helping Hand Home, as well as a one-on-one individualized music mentor program for the children who reside at the home.
