I have been a CC4C child since I was 5 years old and now I am able to serve as a Teen Advocate 4 Children that aims to raise funds to support CC4C's family programs!  CC4C's mission is to enhance the quality of life for children and families in Texas with rare and undiagnosed conditions. All funds raised will support financial assistance, mental health and well-being, and programs for all CC4C families.
