Field of Dreams Volunteer Opportunities

We are so excited to be back in person at T-Mobile Park for 2022 Field of Dreams.  We are seeking volunteers to assist in a variety of tasks listed below.  Most volunteers will be assisting with 2 tasks throughout the evening. All volunteer positions during the event will include 2 tasks throughout the evening. Please sign up for ONE combination of tasks.  

All volunteers will need to show proof of vaccination including booster or will be required to test.  Unvaccinated volunteers will be required to wear masks.

Saturday, June 4

Choose one of the following:

Event Set Up - Assist in variety of tasks including table set up; registration, etc. 8 Volunteers Needed, 11am -1pm

Exhibit Set Up - Assist in setting up vignettes, etc. in exhibit area. 8 Volunteers Needed, 11am -1pm

Choose one of the following combinations:

VIP Reception Volunteers - Welcome guests and oversee VIP area. 2 Volunteers Needed, 4:30-6:30pm

Photo Booth Assistant - Assist Photographer at Photo Booth Station and with Event Photos on Ballfield. 2 Volunteers Needed, 4:30-9pm

Greeters - Stationed at various locations around venue to welcome guests and help guide through exhibit to ballfield. 6 Volunteers Needed, 4:30-6:30pm.

Check In - Assist staff at Check In by pulling volunteer envelopes helping line run smoothly. 6 Volunteers Needed, 4:30-6:30pm

Golden Ticket Sellers - During the reception, Golden Tickets are sold to guests.  The winner will have the opportunity to win one of our fabulous live auction items.  Winner will be announced prior to the live auction.  Volunteers will work in teams. This job is for the outgoing volunteer. 10 Volunteers Needed, 4:30-6:30pm

Recorders - For the live auction, recorders will assist staff in documenting bidder number and winning price in the auction log.  The recorder will also record bid numbers during Fund A Need.  Recorders must be very detail-oriented. 4 Volunteers Needed, 6:30-end of auction

Stage Assistants - During the live auction, assist stage manager with a variety of tasks. 2 Volunteers Needed, 6:30-end of auction

Live Auction Spotters -For the live auction, spot bidders for the auctioneer. This job is for the outgoing volunteer. 6 Volunteers Needed, 6:30pm-end of auction 

Floaters - Help assist in a variety of tasks and fill in positions where needed throughout the evening. 4 Volunteers Needed, 6:30-end of auction

Exhibit Breakdown - Breakdown exhibit vignettes. 6 Volunteers Needed, 7:30-9pm

Auction Item Delivery - Possible deliveries of larger auction items to donors in Seattle-area.  2 Volunteers Needed, Own Vehicle Needed. Flexible Time.
