Why I'm Running with Team CSC in the United NYC Marathon 2026

Cancer Support Community (CSC) provides essential support and connection to anyone impacted by cancer. Over the past year working with CSC, I've seen firsthand how the organization has provided life-changing programs and trusted resources at no cost. What makes CSC truly special is their reach: a hyper-local network across over 200 locations in 50+ markets worldwide, ensuring that emotional, social, and practical guidance is always accessible. 

CSC's mission is deeply personal for me. When my dad was diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma in May 2020, my family and I faced not only medical complexity, but overwhelming emotional uncertainty. Nearly six years later, his resilience and strength continues to inspire me and everyone around him each and every day. His experience showed me the profound impact of community support. I'm running this marathon to ensure anyone impacted by cancer can access CSC and feel informed and connected at every stage.
