I'm proud to be a Teen Ambassador of Hope, raising funds for Texas Advocacy Project (TAP)! TAP provides free legal and social services to survivors of dating and domestic violence, sexual assault, child abuse, stalking, and human trafficking across Texas.

As Teen Ambassadors, we're showing that young people can be powerful voices for change. Ambassadors gain expertise in cultivating healthy relationships, develop transferable leadership skills with industry leaders while learning how to raise awareness to support victims of abuse, and network & build community with like-minded peers across Texas.  Our mission is to lead impactful awareness campaigns, and drive positive change in our communities through advocacy and outreach efforts.

About Texas Advocacy Project

Texas Advocacy Project (TAP) provides free legal and social services to survivors of dating and domestic violence, sexual assault, child abuse, stalking, and human trafficking in Texas. 

Established in 1982 by a group of young lawyers, TAP started as a legal hotline. In the decades since, they have evolved into an expert on legal issues affecting survivors. They offer a statewide legal line, free civil legal services, and social services tailored to survivors’ unique challenges. TAP’s solutions provide both immediate protection and long-term stability, including protective orders, termination of abusers’ parental rights, and child custody modifications. They also assist with civil legal matters that can impact abuse cases, such as housing, employment, education, and financial empowerment.
