To finish our year, we will do some playing! So much of our day is spent in our head, thinking of what just happened or what is coming next. Playing helps to ground us in the present and to connect with others. We will do some centering work and then play some theatre games. We promise it will be fun!
No previous experience needed and all abilities are able to participate. We will create a judgment-free zone! We will finish the morning with some reflection about our meetings this year and do a little dreaming about what PERT might get up to next year.
