Why Am I Fundraising? 

Brightside was a dream of mine back in 2022. Sitting on my couch a dream was born. Fast forward to 2024 and the dream became a reality. 20 people later that I have absolutely fell in love with, a cafe that is my favorite place on earth, a community that has learned all about Inclusion, and businesses that have opened up their hearts to a group people who are often unseen and not given opportunities... that is the WHY of why I am fundraising!

Brightside Cafe was built on a mission to provide meaningful employment opportunities for individuals with special abilities. We believe everyone deserves the opportunity to work, contribute to their community, build relationships, and experience the pride that comes with having a job.

Through Brightside Cafe and the Brightside Forever Foundation, we are working to create a community where inclusion is more than a word—it’s something we live out every single day. Every opportunity we create helps someone build skills, gain independence, and show the world what they can do.
