I began serving on the Board of RIA in April 2026 and bring experience across the nonprofit, government, and financial investment sectors. With a professional background rooted in operations and finance, I have built a career focused on strengthening organizations through strategic planning, financial operations, and effective program execution. Known for bringing structure, organization, and collaboration to complex initiatives, I am passionate about developing systems and processes that support long-term sustainability, economic growth, and meaningful community impact.

In addition to my leadership in operational and financial management, I am deeply committed to economic and community development, mentorship, and service. My work and interests center around creating stronger, more connected communities through investment, opportunity-building, and sustainable development initiatives that support people across all stages of life. While I have spent significant time mentoring and supporting youth, my passion for helping others extends beyond young people to empowering adults through access to resources, professional development, and community support. This dedication to investing in people and strengthening communities continues to guide both my professional work and my community involvement.

Not accepting health insurance allows us to be more flexible and cutting edge in the service space.
