TRAVEL & ACCOMODATIONS INFORMATION

Lodging and air travel are fully covered.

Your hotel room has already been booked.

You will receive an email with details on how to book your flights through Amtrav.

Round-trip airfare will be covered, and a Lyft code will be provided for local transportation:

• From your home to the airport 
• From the airport to the hotel 
• From the hotel back to the airport 
• From the airport to your home 

Daily room credits will be available for breakfast, and all other meals will be provided on the day before and the day of the event. 

ATTIRE REQUIREMENTS:​

Please wear your black shirt from last year. 

If you were not there last year, please wear a comfortable black button-up shirt with black or khaki pants.

Comfortable shoes are recommended, as there will be walking and some standing. 

MANDATORY VOLUNTEER ORIENTATION​:

Please reserve the week of September 15 for a required Volunteer Orientation.

Final date and time will be shared after registration.
