Purpose & Role Description

The Technology Volunteer's goal is to assist Infant Massage USA in making our operational technology more effiecient. This role involves assisting with various API connections.

• Review technology hurdles and explore ways to use APIs or other solutions to reduce manual entry or provide new features
• Work with staff, Trainers and other Infant Massage USA Members or Advisors to complete API related projects

Skills / Qualifications

• Knowledge of software development and APIs
• Basic computer skills, including use of email, Google Suite (Docs, Sheets etc) and audio/video conferencing
• Clear writing skills
• Knowledge of Wild Apricot and BetterUnite helpful but not required

Training / Support

• All Infant Massage USA Volunteers receive a Volunteer Guide to outline our policies and procedures and video introduction
• Infant Massage USA staff are available for ongoing support
