Purpose &amp;&nbsp;Role Description

The CEIM Mentor Commitee&#39;s goal is to create and manage a framework for supporting and mentoring CEIM Students.&nbsp;This role involves ongoing virtual meetings

&nbsp;

<ul>
	<li>Develop framework for supporting and mentoring CEIM Students</li>
	<li>Provide ongoing support for Students within the created framework</li>
	<li>Work with staff, Trainers and other Infant Massage USA Members or Advisors to provide support to Students</li>
</ul>

Skills / Qualifications

<ul>
	<li>Must be an active Membe of Infant Massage USA and CEIM for at least 1 year</li>
	<li>Interest in mentoring CEIM Students</li>
	<li>Basic computer skills, including use of email,&nbsp;Google Suite (Docs, Sheets etc) and audio/video meetings</li>
	<li>Clear writing skills</li>
</ul>

&nbsp;

Training / Support

<ul>
	<li>This role will receive support in creating the CEIM Mentoring program</li>
	<li>All Infant Massage USA Volunteers receive a Volunteer Guide to outline our policies and procedures and video introduction</li>
	<li>Infant Massage USA staff are available for ongoing support</li>
