Purpose & Role Description
The CEIM Mentor Commitee's goal is to create and manage a framework for supporting and mentoring CEIM Students. This role involves ongoing virtual meetings
- Develop framework for supporting and mentoring CEIM Students
- Provide ongoing support for Students within the created framework
- Work with staff, Trainers and other Infant Massage USA Members or Advisors to provide support to Students
Skills / Qualifications
- Must be an active Membe of Infant Massage USA and CEIM for at least 1 year
- Interest in mentoring CEIM Students
- Basic computer skills, including use of email, Google Suite (Docs, Sheets etc) and audio/video meetings
- Clear writing skills
Training / Support
- This role will receive support in creating the CEIM Mentoring program
- All Infant Massage USA Volunteers receive a Volunteer Guide to outline our policies and procedures and video introduction
- Infant Massage USA staff are available for ongoing support
