Purpose & Role Description

The Online Community Moderator Volunteer's goal is to assist Infant Massage USA in facilitating and responding to online discussions in our private Facebook group and online Discussion Forums.

• Add content and respond to basic inquiries on private Facebook page
• Add content and respond to basic inquiries on Member Portal Discussion Forums
• Work with staff, Trainers and other Infant Massage USA Members or Advisors to assist with relevant marketing related projects

Skills / Qualifications

• Active CEIM Member
• Good understanding of social media and web 
• Basic computer skills, including use of email, Google Suite (Docs, Sheets etc) and audio/video conferencing
• Excellent writing skills
• Online discussion/forum moderation experience a plus

Training / Support

• This role will recieve training on the current brand standards and guidelines
• All Infant Massage USA Volunteers receive a Volunteer Guide to outline our policies and procedures and video introduction
• Infant Massage USA staff are available for ongoing support
