Purpose & Role Description

The Content Marketing Volunteer's goal is to assist Infant Massage USA in planning in creating content for the organization's social media channels, website and more.

• Assist with planning the social media calendar
• Draft content copy in accordance with the organization's brand guidelines
• Draft content designs in accordance with the organization's brand guidelines
• Work with staff, Trainers and other Infant Massage USA Members or Advisors to assist with marketing related projects

• Skills / Qualifications

• Content creation and/or graphic design skills
• Good understanding of social media and web 
• Basic computer skills, including use of email, Google Suite (Docs, Sheets etc) and audio/video conferencing
• Clear writing skills

Training / Support

• This role will recieve training on the current brand standards and guidelines
• All Infant Massage USA Volunteers receive a Volunteer Guide to outline our policies and procedures and video introduction
• Infant Massage USA staff are available for ongoing support
