As a Donation Table Volunteer, you'll be the friendly face welcoming students and helping them pick out their new sneakers, bookbags, and school supplies. Your mission is to ensure that every student leaves with a smile and all the gear they need to start their school year off right!

What You'll Do:

• Help students choose their perfect pair of sneakers and select a stylish bookbag.
• Assist with distributing school supplies and ensuring everyone gets what they need.
• Keep the donation table organized and stocked with supplies.

Your mission is to ensure our Back to School event serves up a delicious experience with a side of smiles. You'll be the face of our hot meal service, and you'll help create a welcoming atmosphere for everyone as they grab their to-go boxes of tasty goodness!

• Hand out hot food in to-go boxes with a positive attitude and a friendly smile.
• Engage with event-goers, making their food experience as enjoyable and memorable as possible.
• Maintain the food table’s cleanliness and ensure everything is stocked and ready to go.
• Help manage the flow of food distribution to ensure everyone gets served efficiently.

As our Hair Service Assigner, you’ll be the ultimate matchmaker, connecting students with their perfect hair service. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to ensure that everyone leaves looking their best and feeling fabulous!

What You'll Do:

• Pair students with the right hair service based on their style preferences and needs.
• Work closely with our talented hairstylists to keep the schedule running smoothly and make sure everyone gets their turn.
• Create a welcoming and upbeat atmosphere, making each student feel excited and confident about their new look.
• Manage the flow of students to and from the styling stations, keeping things organized and efficient.

 As the Volunteer Registrar, you'll be the first friendly face our volunteers meet when they arrive. Your mission? Make sure each volunteer feels welcomed, gets checked in, and knows exactly where they’re needed.

As a member of the Clean-Up Crew, your primary responsibility will be to help ensure the event space is left clean and organized after the event concludes.

What You'll Do:

• Picking up trash and debris around the event area.
• Taking down tables, chairs, and other event setups.
• Assisting with the proper disposal of waste and recycling.
• Ensuring that all equipment and materials are properly packed and stored.

Depending on how quickly the clean-up progresses and the number of volunteers, you may not need to stay the entire time.
