• Set up tables, chairs, tents, and décor according to the event layout or floor plan 
• Place sponsor signage and banners in designated locations 
• Assist with setting up merchandise booths, donation stations, registration tables, and VIP areas 
• Organize and stage promotional materials, displays, and branded items 
• Troubleshoot minor setup issues and communicate needs to event staff or coordinators 
• Ensure walkways are clear, areas are safe, and everything is event-ready before guests arrive
