Help bring A HomeTown Christmas to life before we welcome the community at noon. Setup Team volunteers will assist with preparing event spaces, placing signage and decorations, setting up tables and chairs, helping vendors find their locations, organizing activity areas, and making sure the market is ready to receive guests.
Volunteers should be comfortable walking, lifting light to moderate items, and working outdoors. No special experience is required, just a positive attitude and a willingness to help wherever needed.

Christmas Village Ambassadors serve as a friendly resource for both guests and vendors by helping answer questions, keeping walkways clear, and ensuring the marketplace remains clean, organized, and inviting throughout the day.
Shift 2: 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM
Help keep our Christmas Food Court clean, welcoming, and comfortable for guests throughout the day.
Food Court Hosts will monitor the dining area and assist with light housekeeping tasks to ensure families have an enjoyable place to sit, relax, and enjoy their meals.
This role does not involve serving food or working directly with food vendors.

Help create a comfortable and welcoming environment for guests enjoying the entertainment throughout the day.
Performance Lawn Hosts will assist with maintaining the sponsor's seating area, keeping the lawn tidy, and providing support to the DJ, choirs and other performers as needed.

The Hospitality Lounge serves as a respite throughout the day for sponsors, vendors, musical acts, the DJ, volunteers, and other event support staff to take a break, recharge, and enjoy a moment away from the excitement fo the market.
Hospitality Lounge Hosts will help maintain a comfortable environment and ensure guests have everything they need while visiting the space.

Sift 4: 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Help bring one of A HomeTown Christmas's newest traditions to life.
The 12 Trees of Christmas lighting ceremony will take place at approximately 6:15 PM and will serve as a special moment where each tree is illuminated to a verse of "The 12 Days of Christmas," culminating with all twelve trees shining together for the remainder of the evening.
Volunteers will arrive at 5:30 PM to help prepare the area, assist the choir with staging, and ensure the ceremony runs smoothly.

Help us close out A HomeTown Christmas and leave Lowndes Park just as beautiful as we found it.
THe Event Breakdown Crew will work together to dismantle event spaces, remove decorations and signage, organize supplies, and ensure all areas are clean and ready for pickup or storage.
This is a hands-on volunteer opportunity that requires teamwork and willingness to jump in wherever help is needed.
