This is to assist us with the 14th annual BBQ. We will need assistance with setup, teardown, and managing the HNO Info Booth as well as other tasks throughout the day.

 

If you are able to help all day please select both shifts when registering.

 

Lunch will be provided.

At Heroes Resource Center & Reunion Ranch
Load Trailer - May 22 at Heroes (3-4pm)

Assist with loading all BBQ event supplies and gear into the trailer at HRC for transport to Reunion Ranch.

Help unload trailer and organize all BBQ event supplies and gear upon arrival at Reunion Ranch.

Event Setup Crew May 23

Assist with setting up tables, chairs, signage, booths, and activity stations before the event begins. Help unload supplies, stage equipment, and support vendors with booth setup as needed to ensure a smooth start to the day.

Jump in where needed throughout the event to support various tasks such as setup, check-in, bounce house safety, booth assistance, food service, tear down, and more. Perfect for volunteers willing to be flexible and help wherever there’s a need.

Heroes Booth May 23

Support the main booth by welcoming guests, sharing event information, distributing door prize tickets, and assisting with merchandise sales and questions.

Welcome/Check-in Booth May 23

Greet guests at the entrance and check them in using the BetterUnite app. Collect info from walk-ins and guide all attendees to the Heroes Booth after check-in. This is also the check-in point for event volunteers.

Bounce House Safety May 23

Monitor bounce house activity to ensure safe play. Volunteers will help manage capacity, prevent roughhousing, and ensure kids remove shoes before entering. At least one adult should be present at each bounce house at all times.

Assist with breaking down tables, chairs, signage, and activity areas at the end of the event. Help vendors pack up, load gear into trailers, and clean up the grounds to ensure we leave the space better than we found it.

Assist with offloading the trailer and organizing Heroes Resource Center gear and supplies back into storage after the event.
