The mission of Harbor Village is to provide a safe, loving environment for young adults with disabilities who need full care.  We are committed to helping each individual live an abundant life, providing peace of mind for their families, and developing a community full of meaningful relationships.

We believe that to truly care for someone is to first understand them.  Our clients are more than their diagnosis – they are valuable people with their own personalities, wants, and needs. We empower and support our staff to treat each person as a unique individual and to exemplify our core values:  compassion, respect, and community.
