I’m fundraising for Mending Spirits Animal Rescue to help provide medical care, safe shelter, transportation, and second chances for animals in need.

This fundraiser supports the Second Annual Second Chance Prom on October 2, 2026 — a whimsical evening filled with music, creativity, community, and compassion, all benefiting rescue

Hi, I'm Becka, founder of Golden_Lioness. My heart has always belonged to rescue dogs. My very first dog, when I was 12 years old, was a rescue, and every dog I've welcomed into my life since has been a rescue too. They aren't just pets. They're family, teachers, survivors, and living proof that every life deserves a second chance.

Golden_Lioness Paws for a Purpose was created to help rescue dogs receive the love, medical care, training, and forever homes they deserve. Every dollar raised will support animal rescues, shelters, and organizations working tirelessly to give dogs a better future.

This isn't just about helping one dog. It's about creating a lasting movement of compassion where people come together to change lives, one paw at a time. Whether your gift is $5 or $500, you're helping create more happy trails for rescue dogs and the people who love them.
